It is not a loan facility, but yes it is in some way a CR, HOWEVER unlike a traditional CR, we will not have a huge discount to give with a CR, nor pay any broker fees. with this facility, we only issue at a mere 5% discount to the 10-day average, very good actually if you ask me.
