ASIC seem to turn a blind eye to this kind on behavior until it embarrassingly confronts them from the media. It is clear here the directors are not looking at the best interest of shareholders. As I said before, exactly the same for Dacian Gold DCN Directors are under some the same Genesis spell. (An offer they cant refuse)
