At the moment very little or no value is assigned to JB development in AKE overall valuation (SP).
The best way to know what it is worth is to put up a for sale sign - 100% divestment or looking for 50% equity partner for the project.
The North America lithium market is red hot right now with the USA - IRA running and similar scheme from the Euro Zone pushing for electrification.
