    AEU is now at year high and yet we still have a further 30 to 40 cents to catch up with the other REITS and still be well under the NTA.

    Hint: Look at the register of top 20 shareholders and note the buying of Orbis and another. Says it all.

    And, of course, there's the small issue of ROI and I figure epu of 7.5c for the next 12 months....no bank deposit or residential investment can match that!

    This is the lazy investors "no-brainer" investment in a worry free company with polenty of security and upside.
