If there is any sudden and serious interest in Rafa I wonder when we will come to the attention of the usual suspects.

Claims made in the past were extremely amateurish compared to those filed by today's experts. Academics, anthropologists and highly paid silks now take up the cudgel to make sure they can extract every last concession. This is going to be a juggernaut, a monolith of bureaucratic interference, regulation and compensation. Regardless of the referendum the cost and pace of development will be a nightmare.
