Was hoping the Lantene matter would have been settled by now.
Seems like one of the three scenarios below has eventuated (from least worst to worst)
1. Cao just needs a bit more time to collect the money (and we’ll receive news on the payment shortly)
2. Cao cannot afford to make the payment, and SCU might settle for cents in the dollar
3. There is a contractual dispute and the relationship has soured (placing the distribution agreement at risk)
