it could be a contract that is similar condition to its grant from the Aus govt on the basis of co-invest $1 for $1.... except this time, its commercial roll out which require more $$ on implementations, sales reps to the doctors, and development on the algorithm for cover new products... anyhow.. can't wait to see the details... it has to be USA orientated to justify up to 45million share issue.... so I est. $30million and $5m SPP...
