Problem is that the quantity of gold in a chemical sediment like BIF is minuscule. Not even parts per billion, I’d like to know how Gary’s analysing for it. However, an associate of mine did a PhD for BHP on the geochemistry of Pilbara BIFs. Apparently the thesis was suppressed.
