In the infant stages of forming one monster pennant like alot of these spec stocks do.
Im waiting for approx. 0.003 base to establish before buying
Current top of pennant is 0.015 (see below)
However I think that pennant is way to large so I expect something like this to happen
Waiting on next pump to see the stepness of this pennant and where it rejects.
If I can snag 0.003 or 0.004 I think theres a bag there, all it is is time, and these guys know how to stall things out, so not one I am willing to chase
