on average it takes 12.5 years from discovery to construction.... TMT Listed Dec 2016, so virtually 2017... if we get to construction by end of 2023 it's a huge achievement! To be fair for the majority of the 7 years TMT has been listed no one has cared about vanadium so trying to minimize dilution and keep momentum on a shoe string budget would of been a challenge.
not like lithium Where explorers/developers hit north of a billion in MC and were everything can be done at breakneck speed and cap raises of 100m are not uncommon..
I'll give management the benefit of the doubt here. neighbours are behind us by 18 months and have a 3-4 year head start
