Not aware where there was a time with past buybacks where they didn't reach (or get very close) to their target amount.
If the buying continues to be at good daily levels then not only is full buyback achievable but may even bolster the sp further which as is, is not far off from yearly highs. Then bring on a dividend announcement with a 'special' component and perhaps further sp upward movement.
