Completely disagree. You are currently better off buying the stock at 2.8 cents. If the share price rises to 10 cents then that's a 250% return without the chance of your options expiring worthless.
The options issue is a great idea however the issue price needs to be 0.5 cents (half the price as currently announced)to provide some sort of value to shareholders.
