1.Cost of living increases
2.11 rate rises in the past 12 months
3.Equity tied up in real estate
4.Dipping into super for cars and bs
5.Gold price increase
6.Cash savings rate increase (terms, bonds etc)
There's no cash in the market, let alone for a speculative biotech growth stock.
There are 6 solid reasons why nothing is happening. People need money right now, not promises
We will rerate on news or when the pressure leaves and people can invest their money again.
