Totally agree. A very bad decision by Nina. She has thrown long term shareholders under the bus. This is serious dilution. Approx 600 Million new options/Shares/convertible notes. Almost 3 to 1 stock split. Great for new investors at this price. Shareholders should vote against this Cap Raise.
