Agreed. Remuneration looked fairly lofty at listing. At the current market cap? Well...

It's a pity, because I love what the company is doing, and acknowledge the need to pay quality people appropriately.

But what is appropriate for a fledgling biotech company with the attendant uncertainty around commercial success?
