These are shares being released from 24 month escrow. Mainly from Management and substantial shareholders.
At IPO approximately 1/3 of the substantial shareholders' shares were UNESCROWED (being value of their capital invested).
And they haven't even sold the unescrowed shares... so you don't really have to worry about them dumping.
