    Normally I would absolutely agree with you. The thing is I don't believe the funding deal is factored in as I don't think the market has taken it seriously due to sovereign risk (Asian country, Muslim ties etc.). One it's binding the market moat likely will take it more seriously. I don't believe there will be a massive one day pop in SP on Tuesday, rather the value will be unlocked over the coming weeks. At least that's my view.
