Wes, alb and sqm don’t individually own any Tier 1 hard rock project 100%.

Since they’re quite comfortable with owning a slice,
one possible outcome is for one of them to offer $5 for 49 or 50% stake on KV and downstream

If they’d wait longer, and the SC6 price rises again, they’d be looking at $10 for the same stake in 12-18 months.

This project is much more valuable now than any of those sending their output to China. China acc to current data controls 80% of the sector from conversion to battery manufacture, hence not a surprise that almost everyone is involved with China which as a consequence disqualify them from the USA credits. It’s not easy for them to change that because their offtakes are multi year and extendable old contracts that never foresaw what’s happening now

    Ltr SC6 is premium grade
    Produced from highly rated esg
    Qualifying for credits

It’s unbelievable how all the pieces came to fit together in perfect fashion

…..and shareholders of peers still think our project is inferior.

Ltr will be in a league of its own in less than a year.

    all imo
