Mysteriously gone on snacks and fees.
Balance of $27 million was not paid by Zijin to the DRC.
You do realise that 13359 is now covering the North and South and no longer illegally split up.
So who decided to split the tenement when it is not possible under the mining act ??
And what would have happened if Surface rights were paid just for the South???
