    Indians mostly arrive on Student Visa. Temporary visa holders are not entitle to anything. Not even Medicare. They have to buy medical insurance and they have to pay school fee, currently around $10000 pa for a primary school student. Some get PR in 5 or so years and some go back as they are not so lucky.
