I would say imo Ci1’s acquisition are in a slight conundrum and perhaps will be until institutional backing arrives or at very least joint ventures with big corporate. CR by diluting investors shares shouldn’t be an option the repercussions would be absolutely devastating for all, where by options offered to hand full people from Ci1 that expire 2024 that’s an est of 10% of Ci1’s market cap is crazy imo, however IF they accept prior to expiring date it won’t favour retail investors imo.
