For part of it. For the refinery permit, no decision has been made yet. Once it has, then there will be chance for appeals. "The courts decision will be subject to certain rights of appeal."

Again just more of a waiting game then anything. Pretty sure most people know the only thing they can do is delay it as much as possible.
Frustrating and this is obviously stopping offtakes etc. But gives people a few more moneys to accumulate. So not complaining.

Considering the courts have consistently gone in favour of TLG. It is clear that this will be approved.
