Much appreciated announcement from management outlining the timelines ahead for the appeals process. At least we now know the first possible date for the all important mining permits to be finally determined is the 14th June, provided no leave to appeal is granted. Lets cross our fingers for a win on 14th June.
The Refinery permit process is slightly behind but considering the location is an actual designated industrial park, one would think any objections will not hold as much sway.
