I emailed Paul and asked for the top twenty shareholder list which they sent in a matter of hours (sorry they did get me to confirm it was for personal use only).
I requested a company twitter page as well. Now there's pros and cons with twitter so they may not opt to, but it would be very helpful in terms of sharing updates with the wider market. Let's see what they decide.
