    Maybe Jason can provide an explanation to the shareholders on why the motion has not been put forward for a vote to the shareholders in the upcoming AGM on the recent 249D that was issued from Niv Dagan considering a deadline was also given of midday 27th April for the resignation of non executive directors, Jason Conroy and Rhys Evans.
