That's not exactly true. There are many factors to consider. For example, how much cobalt is required as a catalyst for each unit? what is the expected lifespan? How many units are likely to be developed, replacing the current technology?
Importantly there is also a few studies going around regarding transporting bulk Hydrogen globally as Ammonia (making it cheaper than LH2 and more dense than gaseous H2). If this proves viable, there will be a lot more demand for Ammonia and possibly cobalt.
