I’m seeing plenty of ppl at auctions again. The new influx of migrants with ready made money to spend on new properties. The market is bouncing right back. High interest rate means higher running yield, interest rate cut means more new mortgage and business for HLI. The downside is capped as housing prices starts to go back up again. Either way seems plenty of upsides and very little downside going forward.
