Completely agree. Some serious questions need to be asked about what information was known with regards the TGA submission PRIOR to the official announcement, particularly when one of the directors suddenly disposes of a boat load of shares.
The market certainly thinks this company is more or less dead, judging by the trades coming on. No amount of 'gunna' bullshit is going to stop the slide unless they actually do something - and the chances of that after 2 years is very low.
Its almost inconceivable how this bunch could take such a promising product and completely stuff it up.
I would challenge anyone to actually pay their office a visit, are they even open anymore? When you ring after 9am, half the time they dont even answer the phone. And given the complete lack of transparency this has all the marks of a company about to dissolve from existence. Good luck if they need to do a CR, who in their right mind would invest with these people now given the track record.
