    1. Clearly, the SBM board is not acting in the best interest of its shareholders, they just want to sell the house asap with a cash offer which is not the best offer and are unwilling to communicate with SLR, so I don't think there's anything wrong with SLR’s current ‘aggressive’ move, it's actually a smart move to force SBM to respond properly and take responsibility for its shareholders to reconsider SLR offer and SLR has nothing to lose here.

    2. SLR has been a solid company in the past few years with a good track record on the operation side to turn their projects in to cash generators, and of course, a great balance sheet however its share price has been stagnant compared to its peers. The main reason to me is its relatively low mine reserves, so should the acquisition be a success it is highly likely to enhance the performance of the company especially in share price terms.

    3. SLR management seems confident in successfully operating the Leonad project and Luke has been part of the management team in the former owner sons of Gwaila so consider it an advantage. I believe the decision to acquire is prudent, the real question lies: is SLR able to benefit from this aqqusition and significantly increase it's reserve and gold production or it will sabotage the company’s balance sheet and became a bad apple like it was to its many former owners?

    4. Retailer investors usually take themselves too importantly and blame share price drop for some superficial reasons like bad communication, the truth is we are just small potatoes in the game and there's a lot going on behind the scene you don't know and you will never know . Good management doesn't work for SP but focus on growth, which is, to me, what is SLR management doing.
