I just don't see any takeover offers untill the Nat park buffer is officially resolved.
id say any major would have a stack of risk analysis parameters that having this in the background would disqualify them from approaching.
might actually be a blessing, I want to see PDI take this to mine.
side note, I believe the buffer zone issue will 100% be sorted in time.
