Capricorn heavily relies on CapLink system. This is only SAAS revenues for Spenda which would be under 500k per annum as per previous announcements. As per the attached without CAPLink system this would have serious material consequences on Capricorns members & revenue stream. It could get to a point where Spenda Strongarms Capricorn into shifting to the current Spenda Suite. I’m sure both parties wouldn’t want that however. Spenda holds all the power with the IP. It would take years for Capricorn to switch to a competitor or develop there own software without Spenda.
