PLL or the SA Ex Banker could loan the shares out couldnt they or are they still required to announce, I'm not sure...in any event the SA Ex Banker truly looks like he would sell his own mother if it got him an extra dollar, guess thats why they are A Holes...and whats stopping the A Hole from doing deals with others that could supress the SP at anytime.
