I think this is a positive step for FYI and its shareholders. It demonstrates that Roly is being proactive after the setback with Alcoa. Adding this Project diversification de-risks this investment IMHO.

There was a lot of information to digest with this announcement, so I have put together a high level summary of costings and Project overview:


I'm not sure the market had adequate time to digest all of this yesterday, but encouragingly the price action was still positive. Hopefully we see some follow through today as the benefits of this acquisition become more apparent.
