Looks like a logical union. CQT has the resource, NQM has the processing facility.
I would imagine if the union is sucessful NQM's processing capacity would be increased and CQT's plans of selling concentrate would be dumped? Anyone care to esitmate what our capex cost would be if the union was sucessful?
