If that were the case you would expect to see the price slumping towards 25c now as people tried to exit and replace the highr priced shares with the lower price issue. Probably explains a small amount of the weakness in recent days but look at the volume going through.

News of the institutional placement should also have had the same effect (see what happened to OXR when the placements were being made earlier this year but it looks to be holding up well.

Have been doing a bit of work on this one this morning. Seems very interesting so far.
