If you look across the ASX at the moment and do any comparatives of RCP with its siblings - their all suffering lack of cash and an inability to raise without having to bend over.
Then throw in a mediocre inferior management team with no form comprising executives with a pedigree best found at the pound then you have a significant problem. This is without considering the litany of well documented disasters that haunt one executive in particular.
So is the current shareholder going to get a fair shake in a takeover - No.
Moly a takeover maybe inevitable simply because circumstances will demand it - I cant see it being some humdinger for the retail holder though - far from it.
On the same token opportunities may arise to give the SP a bit of pump on speculation. If your a long term holder in RCP then your original investment is basically zero. Its not in my opinion a long term option just a short term play at the right time which may or may not occur.
