The current market cap of BRN is 150 times its revenue of $5 million. Therefore it's fair to objectively say that if the Renesas tape-out product produces revenue of $7.5-15million in revenue BRN's market valuation could be equally and evenly rated at between $1,125,000,000 to $2,250,000,000 at that time, and add any new Licensees, a further boost to that valuation.

If the market thought a $3bill Market Cap was justified for a Mercedes concept car, what might the market value BRN at when there's Akida embedded in Smart Healthcare, Smart Home, Smart City, Smart Manufacturing, Smart Agricultural, Smart almost every known industry?

I'll answer that, the decimal points of $750,000,000.00 move to the right, not the left in my view.
