Happy .... about what ? The huge additional dilution due to the further discount on top of the original discount whereby sophs paid 21.5 cents ? They must be over the moon ? lol
The term "oversubscribed" also gave me a laugh - $50K over .... hardly something to gloat about .... and let's face it, it wasn't 'oversubscribed' by the CEO and a couple of Directors as I pointed out previously - only $11,999 chipped in by Ross (CEO) so not a great confidence booster
