That would be the best outcome in my opinion, assuming the purchase of Talley's JV stake was done at a sensible price. Bathurst would have access to 100% of the JV's cash and cash flow. It could immediately enact a capital management policy and even retain some cash to fund Crown Mountain (in the off chance it gets approved). I think the stock does very well in that scenario.
