Tykac already bought and now owns all of the key assets of SO4 after striking the agreement with creditors. He doesn’t care about us, the potash operation is now his. We are left with the administrative shell and a few low/no value dregs that he did not want, and the rest of the other creditor’s claims. Middlemas & cohorts were handed back control of these leftovers so the ball is in their court.

Listing fees to ASX are due again in a couple of months time which should create some sort of activity... e.g. delisting...
