regardless- drc can’t take any further steps at home in thier courts or take any steps to cancel the jv

or they get fined

essentially this emergency order stays in place until the icc hears and determines other matters

drc have to pay for the court costs and a large percentage of avzs / dathcoms legal costs

We have to wait till the other matters are heard and decided some time in the future at which time this injunction will cease with the determination/ verdict/ ruling

it’s an injunction not some mega decision as to the sale to zjin or the Dathomir spas

regardless any fight over a mining lic will still be in drc coiurts as the determine who they issie them to- they didn’t agree to deliver one on the jv

let’s say we win all these cases in the future- we have 75 percent of dathcom - but dathcom has no mining lic decree / pathway currently from the drc government as they are not happy with stakeholder dispute and lack of work

Time will tell if there is enough cash on hand to get this resolved — and if they can’t get a mining lic that’s a material breach of the tia- and then Cath will be looking for 20 m usd , and could probably do so already now the decree has been cancelled- sure they keep extending but we don’t k ow what Avz is telling them

thankfully the directors are getting paid though , truckload of assays still outstanding and plenty of time and money required to pay experts to update the 2020 dfs, which is after they pay experts to recalculate the resource and reserve
