If you look at page 3 (lines 67-68) there is your DMOAD answer already. Sh#ts me to tears the amount of studies PPS has undergone and here we are pissing around as usual trying to reprove something already know. Surely we have to get some form of fast track If agences are series about the Opiod epedemic and giving people some form of relief.
