Sure
“I can’t see ICC would have to many problems overruling any corrupt or illegal action regardless of who is responsible for it, DRC Government and courts included.”
perhaps you are right -
let’s say we win the cases and get the ruling we hold 75 percent of dathcom
drc say ok we pay costs- you won-
then What?
Cant mine without a mining lic- so I guess it’s off to icc again? - more money - more time- Avz doesn’t have the money
So we win- we go icc again and claim damages for someone else mining -? More money more time - I guess we all get diluted as Avz gives away mega shares to litigation funders and we wait many many more years ?
drc will Jist say dathcom doesn’t have the money to develope the mine- our rules say no money no lic and no development in a certain time no lic
Avz isn’t really moving forward - can own 75 percent and have a jv but others outside of the jv have to issue a ml—-if Avz has no cash left and an old dfs how is it going to develop a mine
we are miles of a finishing line, ownership resolution is one part - the next part isn’t even detailed yet- how to get a lic to extract the minerals once Avz ( assume a win) own 75 percent of a jv which has no capital
