Again this was discussed and noted that some of the big Pharma are Public Coys themselves and in different countries, so a Working Agreement is sometimes set away and then when both companies have the details ratified by both boards and then a Ann is agreed upon by both, and sometimes in different timezones then finally it comes out.
Messres Rosens and banti said it can be very complicated, but we certainly got the idea that there were 5 (five) anns waiting to come out
