Looking at T Rowe Price Substantial Notice change in 2nd March they listed a holding of 5.76% with 62,705,374 shares. At the bottom of the notice they listed the registered Holders of the shares. State Street Bank & Trust Co was listed as being the person entitled to be registered as holder of 60,528,813 shares. The other holders were Bank of New York Mellon 2,101,455 and JP Morgan Chase 75,206. The previous notice on 22nd February showed State Street Bank with 73,745,650. This would indicate our major sell down is maybe more related to world wide banking problems rather than TIE problems.
