What are your thoughts on Mallyrocks comments?

D3 is a MP4 digital recording by Dorfner ANZAPLAN, see attached.This evidence, amongst the many others, shows that they have conference material which was presented in a public forum but most importantly, it pre-dates EGRs patent application lodgement date by at least 6 months. Seemly proving that ANZAPLAN independently developed their HFfree purification process well before EGR had.

Mallyrock thought the MP4 Digital recording was the death of EGR's patent application, yet the evidence has turned around to support EGR's case. It appears his assessment was completely wrong about the HFfree purification method being invented prior to EGR's patent application being submitted.
Do you think Mallyrock should apologise to EGR and RNU investors for his wrong assessment?

Anyway, You know my thoughts on RNU's objection to EGR's patent application, there is no need for Dorfner (RNU's testing lab) or RNU to object to EGR's patent if they have no used similar steps, the financial cost if they fail with their objection could be significant and if you read through all of the Objections and Replies, you will see there is very little merit in RNU's objection.
