I just looked at the last CR @$6 it was 12 months ago (May 2022), we had $54M in the bank going by the March 2022 quarterly, the raise was at a 10% discount, so this to me really just looks like a standard raise that the company is having to do to keep ahead constantly and be well funded for any future prospects that arise.
