Sometimes the retail investor looks at things inwardly and like to "have a go" at boards of companies for their so called lifestyle jobs. When you do the math though, often they are the ones that miss out the most when it comes to SP collapses. As retail, we can buy and sell anytime, however the BOD have rules they must abide by. Lets look at Glenn and Robin, what happened when the SP collapsed on no news? They were able to sell but did they? We know there weren't any restrictions for upcoming news. When the SP was over $20, Glenn was holding (personally) $446 Million worth of stock. When it started its downward cycle, he didn't sell 1 share. It's now worth $30 Million. How many HC fantasy posters lost $416 Million? I used to own 20k shares, but I was able to sell and buy back 5 x more shares and take a very healthy profit along the way. Glenn didn't. Robin was holding $85 Million worth when it was $20+. He didn't sell and now holds $5.8 Million. A paper loss on highs of over $80 Million.

So when you look at it from the outside looking in, the BOD here were the biggest losers in the SP collapse and all they did was work hard to move the many companies forward. Yes they get cheap shares but they do have to earn them. They make wealth with and for you as well as themselves. But, they can't just sell whenever, as they know how it affects the SP and SH directly. PPK are doing amazing things, if people can't see the potential, scratch that, it's only a matter of time before other, new investors come across this and see how vastly undervalued this company and it's spinoffs are really worth.

It will be interesting to see what happens when we get to that $1.51, will it move or not?
