In my view IBX has a CEO/Chair (from the MHTX playbook) who has failed to advance the core technology of the company (MRX) as CEO and failed to consider the interest of shareholders as Chair. This is like the Easter Island extinction event - the Grand Pooh-Bar chops down the trees and eats all the seeds because stone statutes are great. So here we are... working in lovely offices; in debt, no plans for MRX, playing with nano particles in areas without clear competitive advantage. My view is that something more radical is appropriate.
