with a partnership how does it work exactly ?
Obviously they will give RAC $$$ for shares I would imagine??
Who determines the price they enter?
And is it max 20% of shares on issue they can put up cash for?
Last question let's say they do obtain a percentage of shares do they get to vote if they are the ones at the end wanting to buy RAC. ?
I have never been in a position like this so I really don't know how it works.
